All hospitals, for-profit, non-profit, large, small, urban, and rural, face similar yet unique revenue and other financial challenges. We have found that the largest hospitals either internally staff areas in order to address these issues, or they are able to hire the largest, most expensive consulting firms. We bring our solutions to all hospitals, but we bring the most value for the expertise we provide to community hospitals, rural hospitals and critical access hospitals.
Community Health Centers / Federally Qualified Health Centers
Community Health Centers / Federally Qualified Health Centers serve the underserved and underinsured population of our country, providing an array of professional services, including primary medicine, dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, and other services. While they have their own unique issues separate from hospitals and physician practices, these organizations face similar complex revenue cycle challenges, from contracting, to front desk admissions, to billing, coding and collections.
There are over 1 million medical doctors in the United States, and there are at least 30,000 private physician practices organized across the country. Similar to the hospital market, the largest private practices may have the resources they need to manage their risks and challenges. We bring our solutions to all private physician practices, but we find we bring the most value to private physician practices with 10 to 60 providers.
